The slab was poured this morning!!! At 8:30am, they had already gone through 7 trucks of cement! Framing will begin next week. Maybe all the rain delays were a blessing because we got good news today that lumber prices have gone way down. Let's hope that holds true for a month or so until we get all of our lumber purchased.
