Here are some pictures of the latest progress. These pictures show the finished decking with some paper/felt or something on top...not sure what that is. It shows the under side of the decking which is supposed be the "cool ply" kind that helps with heating and cooling. Also shown is the progress on the stairs to the bonus room and the outside trim work. The materials on the outside soffets is called Harty Plank. Thanks to my mom and aunt Karen, the house was clean as a whistle today for the workers to get started. No nails, trash or junk boards on the floor. I owe them big time cause it was a disaster area Saturday after they finished up. We are almost officially "in the dry!" Yay!
