The picture here below is of the bonus room. It is located above the kitchen and you'll see here that it is surrounded by insulated board for now. It will have some foam insulation too...I think.

This photo is of the entry into the house from the garage. To the right will be a mud room cabinet where you leave your shoes, bags and coats. The stairway straight ahead will go up to the bonus/media room. My office and hobby area is also upstairs.
