These are the doors that were delivered today. They are for the kitchen out to the patio and the master bathroom out to the patio. I asked for only the bathroom one to have blinds in it and they both came in with blinds. Oh, well. I'm learning that in a lot of cases, people do what they want to do anyway when it comes to ordering and putting in your stuff. :) I'm sure I will use them some, I'm just waiting to see how these little small changes effect my budget. They are adding up. I didn't really want them in the kitchen door because I've thought before that in-door blinds can be a bit tacky some times if they are cheaply done and I wasn't sure how it would look in a full glass door. Apparently now I know that they look fine.
Plumbing dropped off some stuff for water lines. I learned this week from a visit to Max's potentially future elementary school that red means hot and blue means cold. :) They leave some of the plumbing exposed behind glass so the kids can learn about building construction. Max ought to be an expert after this is all done with. :)
This is a funny picture to me because it is a stack of boxes full of can lights. We did go down from 75 to 55, but today we added back a few and moved a few. You can never have enough lights, right? Wade, our electrician was pretty awesome. I thought he had great ideas and he really listed to what we wanted. He even understood my decorating needs and didn't make fun of me like my smarty pants husband and builder when I wanted a plug for my Christmas garland on the stairs and a plug in my display shelves for my Christmas village display. :) Just kidding fellas. But Wade was the coolest of you three today...by far. He would make the better decorator.

This is some more plumbing progress. This is where the washing machine will go in the laundry room.

Here's just one of many examples of the little blue boxes that got put up today for outlets and switches.
